O Fortaleza está de olho no mercado e tem como alvo o atacante Deyverson, do Atlético-MG, para reforçar seu elenco na temporada 2025. O clube cearense prepara uma proposta oficial para contratar o jogador de 33 anos, que tem contrato com o Galo até o fim do ano.
A diretoria do Fortaleza pretende oferecer um vínculo de três anos ao atacante, que vem sendo reserva na equipe comandada por Cuca. A negociação pode avançar nos próximos dias, já que a janela extra de transferências no Brasil permite a inscrição de jogadores que atuaram nos campeonatos estaduais entre os dias 10 de março e 11 de abril.
Deyverson chegou ao Atlético-MG em agosto de 2024, mas não conseguiu se firmar como titular. Desde então, disputou 34 partidas e marcou oito gols. Na atual temporada, o centroavante entrou em campo 11 vezes e balançou as redes duas vezes.
Antes de vestir a camisa do Galo, Deyverson foi destaque no Cuiabá, onde marcou 33 gols em 83 jogos ao longo de duas temporadas e meia. O clube mato-grossense, inclusive, chegou a acionar o Atlético-MG na CNRD (Câmara Nacional de Resolução de Disputas) cobrando R$ 4 milhões referentes à venda do jogador.
O atacante também tem passagens pelo futebol espanhol, onde atuou por Alavés e Getafe. No Brasil, viveu seu melhor momento com a camisa do Palmeiras, sendo o autor do gol do título na final da Libertadores de 2021.
A negociação com o Fortaleza ainda depende de avanços, mas a possível saída de Deyverson pode aliviar a folha salarial do Atlético-MG, que investiu pesado em reforços para 2025.
