O Flamengo está novamente autorizado a estampar a marca de seu patrocinador principal, a Pixbet, em seu uniforme. Uma nova portaria, publicada nesta terça-feira (15) no Diário Oficial da União, liberou a Pixbet, juntamente com a Flabet e a Bet da Sorte, para voltarem a operar no mercado brasileiro de apostas de quota fixa. A validade desta autorização, emitida pela Secretaria de Prêmios e Apostas do Ministério da Fazenda, se estende até 5 de janeiro de 2030.
Essa decisão marca uma reviravolta em relação à semana anterior, quando outra portaria da mesma secretaria havia suspendido as atividades de quatro casas de apostas, incluindo a Pixbet, parceira do clube carioca. O Flamengo, inclusive, precisou obter uma liminar judicial para poder utilizar o patrocínio da empresa na partida contra o Grêmio, no último domingo.
O imbróglio teve como pano de fundo a exigência do Ministério da Fazenda de quatro certificados técnicos para as empresas do setor. A Pixbet havia entregue três dos documentos em fevereiro, mas o quarto, referente à integração de sistemas, foi protocolado em 10 de abril, após o prazo inicial estabelecido, o que motivou a suspensão. A liminar que permitiu a exibição da marca contra o Grêmio foi concedida após a Pixbet acionar a Justiça por meio de um mandado de segurança.
Com a entrega de todos os certificados, mesmo que um deles tenha ocorrido fora do prazo, a Secretaria de Prêmios e Apostas reconheceu o cumprimento das exigências. O advogado Nelson Wilians, representante da Pixbet, havia declarado que “não se pode aplicar penalidade quando há boa-fé e regularização completa da obrigação”. Assim, a empresa está novamente apta a operar no mercado de apostas de quota fixa, conforme a nova portaria publicada.
